Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
4. All-Star Property Services Messaging Terms and Conditions
4.1 Program Description
The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided their phone number to us in the course of requesting service or doing business with All-Star Property Services.
4.2 Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to All-Star Property Services when requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise initiating contact with us, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your account and the services you have requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
4.3 Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4.5 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal and operational record-keeping obligations. You may also opt out of SMS messages at any time using the instructions in Section 4.3.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
