Flooring Installation for DFW Rentals and Flips

We install and repair LVP, tile, carpet, and hardwood flooring for rental properties, flips, and multifamily units across Dallas-Fort Worth. Our customers are investors and property managers who need floors that look good at listing and survive years of tenant wear.

Flooring is one of the biggest line items in a turn and one of the most visible. The right material choice saves you from replacing carpet every other move-out. We help you pick rental-grade products and install them right.

Why Investors Choose LVP

Luxury vinyl plank has become the default for many rentals. It is water resistant, stands up to pets and furniture, and individual planks can be replaced without redoing a whole room. It also photographs well and reads as an upgrade to tenants and buyers.

For some properties, carpet in bedrooms or tile in wet areas still makes sense. We will talk through what fits your rent level and exit plan.

Installed Right the First Time

A floor is only as good as what is under it. We pull old flooring, check the subfloor for soft spots and moisture damage, and level as needed before installing. Clean transitions between rooms and properly reset baseboards and trim finish the job so it looks professional, not patched together.

Flooring Inside a Full Turn

Flooring timing matters in a make-ready. It needs to go in after the messy work like paint and drywall, but before the final clean. Because we handle all of those trades, flooring slots into the schedule without waiting on outside installers.

Property managers with several units can also standardize on one flooring product across the portfolio. That makes future repairs simpler, because matching planks are easy to source and a damaged section can be swapped out at the next turn instead of redoing the whole room.

Flooring FAQs

What flooring do you recommend for rentals?

For most rentals we recommend LVP for its durability and water resistance. Tile works well in bathrooms and laundry areas, and carpet can still make sense in bedrooms depending on your market.

Do you remove the old flooring?

Yes. Tear-out and haul-off of old carpet, vinyl, or tile is part of the job.

Can you replace flooring in just one room?

Yes. We handle single rooms, partial repairs, and whole-house installs. If the existing floor is still available, we can try to match it so the repaired room blends with the rest of the unit.

Can you fix a damaged subfloor?

Yes. If we find soft spots or water damage when the old flooring comes up, we show you and repair it before installing the new floor.
